Blizzard diablo immortal discussion3/1/2024 ![]() With many Nintendo Switches and D3’s success on it, it’s hard to think otherwise. There’s no promises of emulation working for D:I if it does, it will be a success for sure but we have no idea about performance or compatibility. Questions about these three hardly answered back then, also audience was expecting a PC or console title as the main reveal, not a watered down UI phone game. ![]() Good luck with that. There are so many questions about emulation, data base handling and the DRM’s impact for free market. ![]() CR works in such a way that if you are 300-400 points behind H3 or H4 monsters you cause onlu 20% damage and take 800% damage back. You as a F2P player once reaching 1700-1800 CR are stuck into a limbo in H2. They could have used a model that besides Resonance would take into account the power brought from normal Gems (ignored for CR calculation), Helliquary, Paragon and Ibn-Sanctuary, just by using in the calculations the Secondary Attributes (Damage, Life, Armor etc etc). People that really play this game 7+ hours daily know (take a look at the complaints in DI bug-report forum) that once at the middle of H2 the new gear including Legendary and Sets stops giving higher-level items and all you can do with that is…salvage for scrap.Īll bonuses from Paragon (buffs only Secondary Attributes - Damage, Life, Armor, Armor Penetration, Resistance etc), Helliquary and Ibn-Sanctuary are not taken into consideration in CR. The first 5 Main Attributes are exclusively received via affixes on Gear and Upgrades whereas the Resonance is related to the quality and level of upgrades to Legendary Gems. They have not disclosed precisely how they calculate the CR but it is known that CR is affected by the 5 Main Attributes (St, Vit, Fort, Int, Will) and Resonance. ![]() ![]() I suspect that Blizz chose that model not out of ignorance but out of greed (to force people to pay for Legendary Gems). Let me explain how the CR is biased against F2P players. Sure, 3-4 CR points per day (if you are lucky) can still be considered “progress”. Facepalm all you want, but one could and and still make progress. ![]()
